How we work:

We’re a fully bootstrapped company (meaning we take no investments) whom work 100% remotely, full async. This means we don’t do frequent, unnecessary meetings. Not only because we believe it’s a massive waste of time, but because we rather be working on what we like, than have meetings about it all day.

We believe AI is the future and are religious about automating as many processes as possible, as long as the customer still receives the best care possible.

Working like this comes with a few basic mindsets.

• No hand-holding: We’re a very small team without managers. This means we do not have the time to help out on smaller levels, as our days are filled with our own work. Everyone on our team is expected to be capable of managing themselves and getting their part of the job done.
• Full autonomy: We don’t track hours. Everyone has their own tasks and we solely base success on how these tasks are implemented. Want to take the day off to go to the beach? Completely fine. As long as in the end, you get your work done.
