The role:

As Product Designer at HeadshotPro, you’ll be responsible for designing the portrait photo studio of the future, replacing the need to ever set foot into a physical photo studio again.

You’ll be responsible for the overall design & user experience of the product across the. You’ll help us go from conceptual ideas and sketches to high-fidelity designs implementable by the development team.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Overhaul our B2B experience, helping thousands of companies around the world easily onboard and create headshots for their employees.
• Redesign our B2C experience, from purchase to final delivery of headshots.
• Craft high-converting landing pages for our Google Ad campaigns together with the marketing team.
• Design free tools and SEO-optimized content pages to attract more organic visitors.

Key competencies we’re looking for:

1. You know how to create designs and prototypes in Figma, and have experience working together with Product Developers to get your designs implemented.
2. You create designs with a focus on results and performance, putting the importance of working designs over just looking good, aiming to get users to take specific actions using persuasive design.
3. You create digital experiences based on real-world interactions, actively talking to and understanding what customers want and need.
4. You have a clear experience in making apps or websites that lots of people use and love.
